Our Simple and Transparent Fee Structure
We believe in transparency and simplicity. Our fee is $100 per room, per month, with a minimum commitment of 3 months to achieve the desired cap rate. In some cases, after seeing the potential for growth, sellers have decided to hold off on selling to maximize their returns. If that happens, we can extend the contract for up to 6 months to complete the full roadmap to success.
Success-Based Payment
We are committed to delivering results. Our compensation is performance-based: when your property sells, we charge 0.1% depending on the asset. This can be paid through your realtor, or directly to us if you are managing the sale independently.

When your property is ready for sale, we present the property within our network. Minimum 3 potential buyers will be sent to your way.
